10k pending award miles not 20k?
I happened to check my USBank acct and my Lifemiles rewards listed there.
On the USBank site, it shows the 20k bonus (awarded for first purchase) + 10k bonus pending (and indeed, the 10k hasn't hit my Lifemiles acct yet). I signed up under the 40k total bonus a couple months back. Has anyone else bumped into this?
It looks like I'm going to have to call and argue about the extra 20k bonus instead of 10k.

I am now in the third statement cycle from when I met the minimum spend and even though US Bank keeps confirming that I should receive the extra 20k bonus, it has been more than 8 weeks and I still haven't received it. Anyone else have this problem?

Did you write them a letter? The letter I received said that my 20,000 points would post at my next statement closing.

I've had the same problem. I don't need the miles right away so I haven't really been paying much attention. But my miles really should have posted by now.
