Some of us still earn Delta miles with this card or may want information about past or grandfathered terms and conditions.
Please do not spread panic about miles not posting until after the 10th of each month.
In most cases, miles post in the evening on the 5th of each month if it's a business day, or else the evening of the next business day. "Miles post for purchases made between (inclusive) 5th day of prior month to 4th day of current month."

Nothing here, though maybe Delta's power glitch messed with things. Perhaps it caused somebody to count up our miles with an abacus, or some similarly effective device.

Just curious, do most of you all on this thread have an IRA or something with ST (or 25k cash in a deposit account)? Seems that is the only way to avoid the $25/mo fee for the checking account, right? I'm potentially interested in the 48k easy SkyMiles for debit purchases, but not if I have to pay $25/mo plus $75 AF on the debit card.
And if there is no way around the fee - do they have decent options on their IRA accounts (i.e. low custodial fees and I could pick e.g. Vanguard index funds)?

Still waiting. I don't know about anyone else but I don't trust this program at all! I always wait until my miles post before I start charging again because I don't understand how they calculate miles at all. I'd like to get charging ST, let's go!

Same. Finally got my full 4k since converting to the Signature Account in May since I was slacking on the spend. I'm already 3/4 done with this month's $4k. It's sad when I'm excited about 4k when I had a 15-16k month last year leading up to when they introduced the monthly cap.
Can I say though that I don't like the recent change to Delta's website because it used to be when you'd login, the main Delta.com page would show your mileage balance and now I have to click the "go to my Delta" link to see my balance. I know it's only 1 more click, but it's annoying.
Now to decide if I want to apply for the DL Amex with the 60k Skymile offer...
