If you are applying for a personal Alaska card, and are not an expert on applying for Alaska cards STOP, don't apply yet.
Instead, read this post. Doing that first may save you a huge amount of wasted time and frustration.
A few people in the Alaska Airlines forum have in the past received personally targeted, single-use links for a 50k offer
when they opt-in to "Partner Offers" in their Mileage Plan account preferences.

BUSINESS CARDS
30k mile offer, $75 AF, $1k spend, no foreign transaction fees:

Note: There are two different earning formats for the business card, which you choose when you apply:
To avoid billing confusion later, make sure you choose the Individual Level Earning Plan if you are not going to have employee cards under the same account as your account.

Biz card status line: 888 663 6262
Biz Card credit analyst line: 877 665 5022, 877 665 5023 (seems to be non-working number)

Credit Enquiries for Personal cards come from BofA. Enquiries for business cards come from FIA. Credit bureaus usually merge enquiries from the same requester made on the same day. Enquiries from BofA and FIA will not be merged.
When do the initial bonus miles post? You will get the miles after the statement closes for the cycle in which you meet your minimum spend. Usually AS points show up the Sunday evening after your statement closes, but sometimes it takes an additional week.
If there's a statement credit, when does it post?
It seems to be batch-processed. It will post automatically. Can be on the same statement or the next statement. It does not appear to be based on the statement close date.

I accidently submitted two applications of alaska visa card(not on purpose! I swear!). Both in pending! Then I called BOA and the CS said one of my applications was cancelled automatically and the other one was approved! So I don't think two cards in one day will work any more!

The safest path seems to be:
For each category (personal, business):
First lower the credit limit as much as possible.
Then wait a month or more. (Ie, lower the credit limit soon after you get the card; don't wait until you're ready to cancel!)
Only then close the card.
Only then apply for a new card.
Reasons:
1. Closing a card locks up the credit limit on that card for another year or so! The only way around that is to lower credit limit first, but that also takes a while (though a much shorter while) to be reflected in future card apps.
2. Some people are getting denied these days if they are applying for the same kind of card they already have open.
Finally, be aware that if you are not given at least $5k of credit limit on a personal card application, you will have wasted that application, because you'll be issued a Plat card with only a 5k bonus, instead of the Signature card with the 30k bonus! This issue doesn't exist with the Alaska business cards, there you either get approved and get 30k bonus, or you get denied, it's much simpler.

Well I was going for 1 biz + 1 pers (new to BoA) but somehow managed to apply for 1 biz + 2 pers (first one crapped out, but it really didn't.)
Anyway ... biz was instant approval. ^
One pers shows "declined", the other "pending" --- perhaps one was canned as a duplicate? And other may need identity verification before completing processing?
Wondering what are my chances BoA may approve one or both personal apps. Should I just ask the same credit analyst if they can review both apps?
