Unfortunately after you read the fine print you will discover that the bonus breaks down like this:
20K after first purchase
25K after $2500 spend in 90 days
7500 if you spend $15K within the first year
7500 more if you spend $25K within the first year
5K when you add additional authorized users
3 miles per $1 spent with VS
1.5 miles per $1 on other purchases, with no limit on the number of miles you can earn in a year
So, ultimately some decent perks. Obviously it's more of a 45K guaranteed bonus as long as you can spend $2500 in 3 months which seems fairly standard these days. The 1.5 miles per $1 is also better than most other cards. I believe you can use VS miles to book awards on their partners like SQ.

These are standard features of the card, not unique to any application offer. Effectively, this is a 2 mile per dollar card if you spend $15,000 -or- $25,000 per anniversary year.

hmm, if you look at it that way... seems a better deal. maybe you should run their marketing for them.
Wife applied online for this card yesterday & got the notice that she would be contacted within 30 days of their decision. She has a FICO around 750, low utilization ratio, and has not applied for a B of A card in over 2 years. She has applied for 4 other cards, however, since Jan. 1st. What do you think about her odds of being accepted?
Anyone have knowledge of reconsideration success if rejected?
This morning when I went to apply for both Virgin and Alaska cc's the online system was down. I phoned the telephone numbers on the app's. First phone call got approval for a $15K limit. I asked to lower it to $5K so I could also get Alaska card. They said no problem but when I telephoned the Alaska app got denied. Finally got the reconsideration phone number, called and csr overturned denial and gave me Alaska card with $10K limit also.
The golden reconsideration number is 866-458-8805
