Great News. My wife and I are both Plats and MMers. Business is way down and I have been hunting for a mileage run, figureing one of us would need ~25,000 EQMs. As it happens, we are going to DUB next week, and possibly back to DUB again in 3 weeks, and Paris in early June, as well as a side trip to DEN in May. The Double promotion will help a LOT, as well as keep us on CO metal.

Looks like Bigbird090_dad is going to become Silver elite next year after we return from DEL (via EWR) in April! At least something good will come out of it!
I'll probably fly out to HAM on Good Friday, spend Saturday there, then fly home on Sunday. With the flight getting back to EWR before noon, I'll be able to join the family for an Easter dinner then get some work done ahead of the workweek.
And most importantly, be 15280 EQMs closer to renewing my Gold Elite status.

I also wonder whether it would still hold true if one uses a discount code (for meetings or the like) on a published fare, or if it has to be the un-discounted fare.
What about if used with a BF 2for1 deal under the Chase CO credit card?

I read it as doubling the base EQMs on any fare that earns EQMs.
