I'll be using this thread to post as much as I can during the next hour. I'm only on my BB because wifi is tough here, but I'll do my best.

Mobile tools came from the previous DO. Feedback about lieflat seats also drove the development. In-seat power, too. And the Million Miler program.
Star Alliance move is a much better group for CO as a carrier and for customers.

LiveTV launch is next month. Internet service will be later in the year, not as part of the initial TV release. TV will be $6 in Y and free up front. Internet free as currently planned but later.

Fuel prices are down. What about fees?
"It is good for you for us to make money.". Fees will be part of that.

What does the Sky/Star change mean post October 24?
Rewards redeemed will be honored. Miles will not be credited.
Lots of other systems and integration changes to happen. Nothing more than "promptly" as far as timing.

UA relationship will be much different than NW deal. Want to make sure that you are recognized and treated as elite wherever you are arond the world.
Much deeper alliance in terms of technology, brand, etc.

Why not just merge with UA?
Looked good on paper but risk was too high. Didn't know at the time that *A was happening at the time so this is a great opportunity without the merger.
Got the best situation without the risks so hoping things work out.

IRROPS?
The NE airspace is tough. Looking at ways to communicate better with customers about reaccommodation, offering self service accommodations, etc.
About the new 3 hour rule on the tarmac. "We did a bad job." We didn't have the right gear in place and didn't pre-cancel enough in advance, among other things. Anything more than 2 hour delays LK and JS get notifies. Going forward at a 3 hour point passengers will be given the option to deplane. Sometimes it will mean leaving the line and returning to the gate but they will try for air stairs when possible.

When is the 787 coming?
Q2 2011. Still very excited about it, but understand the delay and there's nothing to do about it.

CLE?
Hard because it is a small hub, but trying to adjust as appropriate and to grow it if the demand is there.

Have you guys ever flown in coach? What about E+?
E+ is still not likely, but LK "is softening" on the issue. Still foresee a lot of complexities and costs associated with offering the service (gate, call center, etc.).
Yes, they do fly Y every now and then.

Network changes?
Shanghai is added from EWR. IAH-FRA, too.
On the regional front, probably cutting capacity if biz travel stays weak.

F on transcons sells out. Can they do better?
Putting the biggest cabins they have out on these routes and have raised prices. But it is what it is. No p.s.-esque service coming.
