I'll be blogging live as much as I can and sharing pictures at www.ContinentalDO.com. And I'll have pictures in a more permanent place at some point, but I don't know which of my hosting sources I'll be using yet.
ETA: For folks using flickr, I suggest tagging everything with CODoIV so that they are easily searchable. We did something similar at Do III and it made it pretty easy to associate a lot of photos to the event very quickly.
