I did a search and could not find any information on this.
I had booked a trip for my wife and I to go to Jamaica in July 09 this past September. Two months ago we found out my wife is pregnant and due the first week in August. Obviously we will not be able to take this trip.
We are now planning to go to Grand Cayman in March (babymoon) and the airfare is cheaper than Jamaica....total of $730 vs. $1013 for Jamaica. I know there is a change fee of $150pp, but what I was having difficulty understanding is that Continental will issue me a credit for $285, but charge me $300, rather than just charging me $15.
Any advice? Or is this what it is?
Thanks for all your help.
