I vote for having the DO in Guam. It's a great CO ("Air Mike") hub.
Could take the Island Hopper to get there.

Yes, we are still being held hostage, but it appears that taking WN to HOU wouldn't be the cheapest option even if were available; plus HOU would be so inconvenient compared with taking the tram from IAH to the Marriott. At the moment the most cost effective route from MSP is on F9 & CO via DEN.
