Email and settings
Has anyone recently had the problem where Co.com simply forgets some of your settings? My most recent "checkin online" email was sent to an email address I use for junk mail (online catalogues and such), and hadn't had on Co.com for at least 10 years. I also found out why I'd stopped receiving trip alert messages: somehow the "t" in .net from my cell text number had been dropped ("@att.ne" from "@att.net") (doesn't really matter, I use the much better and more reliable tripit.com site).

I just printed out my trip under View Reservations and the SkyTeam Logo still appears next to the CO logo on the page to print reservations. PM me if you need the details.

OnePass program is solid!
Here's one thing that would make it even better:
ROLLOVER MILES.
I know Delta is doing that this year.
If you have unused miles between levels, they will go towards the NEXT YEAR'S elite qualification. In other words, if you have 90,000 miles, you will get Platinum + 15,000 miles to start the new year!
THAT'S HOT!
I would love to see OnePass do this!
Thanks!

Idea: Make the EliteAccess symbol bigger and more clearer on printed tickets. There is space on the ticket (e.g. below the barcode) for it to be moved and then expanded. Ideally there would be an additional symbol for Elite level.
This would go some way to reducing the confusion and lane-jumping when "EliteAccess Only" boarding occurs.

Went to read the current month's CO Magazine and it wasn't avaliable. Not a big surprise as it is only Dec. 1. Since I had nothing to read I thought I would enter the sweepstake that is list on the banner at the top of the page. Once I entered all my information, the website thanked me for entering the June 2009 sweepstakes and to check back in July 2009 for the sweepstakes enter form then. This needs to be updated with the current sweepstake or link taken down.

Seat selection issue - Second leg of direct flight (same flight # - booked as sep legs). Everything worked correctly until I got an EUA on the second leg. The seat map won't display under view-change seats for that leg.
I'm guessing that this issue is same flight #, different cabin.
This can be tested by also putting me in the front cabin for the first leg
Update: got the EUA ... both flights now in the same cabin, but can't select for the second leg. So, seems like a bug.

Reason: Additional info
A bug that was fixed 3 years ago has returned - it returned at the time of the transition to Star Alliance. Then it used to affect CO sites that used DD/MM/YY format. Presumably this is the case this time, but I have only tried the UK site this time.
The problem is when the results of a flight search are returned, the date format for the first flight in the 'start new search' is changed from DD/MM/YY To MM/DD/YY. This means that every time you want to revise your search you need to correct the date for your first flight otherwise you get an error message. After a while it gets a little bit annoying.

So - new post as this wasn't the issue... got another EUA (4 for 6 now )... but can't select seats for 2 of the 4. One is not any sort of direct flight.
Called co.com support... they said this is happening lately and that they can't do anything about it except wait for a programming fix. I was also told (dk if true yet) that I also won't be able to do seat selection during OLCI.
To summarize, it seems as though there is some set of circumstances that cause seat selection to break subsequent to an EUA. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between the working and not working segments... one is a part of a direct flight, one not. Different equipment types.
Broken: a 735 & 753; working: 753 (x2). dk yet: other 753 segment and a 738.
Update: seems this is fixed in the preview release!

I've spent days working on a photo book on Snapfish. Ready to order today as a Christmas gift and want to take advantage of the 20 miles-per-dollar. Of course, there's an error when connecting to Snapfish from co.com.
Edit: it's working now.

Fare calendar shows incorrect prices
Fare calendar shows incorrect prices. Try DEN-LHR, two-day trip starting February 12. Lowest price is $310, but that becomes $532 when selected. Same for many other city/date combinations.

This is the YQ not bundling into the fare search. I'm pretty sure this is a violation of some rule/law in the USA with respect to fare price adverts. Oopsie.
