Checked in at a kiosk (4 of us travelling on same PNR). Couldn't find my OP card so swiped the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Only my ticket came up. Checked in then restarted with the PNR. The remaining three came up properly. [kudos, btw to HNL ground staff for getting our bags on the flight even though we missed the minimum checkin time due to a near misconnect.]
Checking my email, I find an eticket receipt for the other three emailed at the time I checked in the other 3 using the PNR. I'm not on the receipt, just them... and the amount is correct for the 3.
I am not able to pull up the receipt on past reservations (co.com), and the reservation (past) shows only myself, not the other three travelers. Oddly, there is an additional "not ticketed" entry under past reservations for the 4 of us, but no details or receipt available.
Scott: I can pm you any details (although I believe you already have the PNR from an unrelated issue).
When you checked yourself in and not the others it automatically split the reservation and put you on a separate PNR. CO.com would have done the same thing, although I believe it would have warned you before doing it.

Why would it just by swiping a credit card instead of the OP card?
Having trouble with UIO tickets. CO.com wants miles plus $$ for upgrade. (see discussion in CO forum --- Is UIO F or BF? EUA available? Wants $$ for upgrade even though appears to be a F ticket, not BF ticket. Is this a website glitch? Want to ticket online.

*BUG*
NW Plats cannot select exit row seats when booked on an award ticket using NW miles on CO.
On the award ticket, the exit rows are grayed out. If I attempt to book a revenue ticket on the same flights, *all* exit row seats are still open and available for selection.
-RM
PS - a quick call to CO got my seats moved to row 16 (second exit row) without a problem. The seat map on co.com now shows me in row 16 but still shows all exit row seats assigned.
FWIW, I am still receiving random (1 every 2 months) of travel club credits for flights and itineraries I did not purchase. The confirmation #'s are not associated with my account.
For flights I am purchasing/flying it does seem to be crediting those properly as of late.

Trouble signing in
Recently (yesterday) I started having problems signing in to CO.com. I go to the homepage and click on my next reservation. As usual I get the sign in screen. I enter the PIN and click the sign in button. The next page is the sign in screen; there's no error message or anything. Nothing has changed on my end:
Eventually I can get to my reservation (trying different paths to get there).
Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20070914 Firefox/2.0.0.7 on WinXP, cookies enabled, not storing passwords on my machine).
Edit: the problem only occurs when hitting [Enter] and not clicking on the button. See my post #298 below.

Kiosk Problem - Purchasing CO Currency System rejected every CC I had on me
Not sure if this is the place to report this....it deals with purchasing CO Currency during check-in at a Kiosk.
During Check-in at CLE last week I tried to purchase the $25 CO currency offer for six $5 certificates. I inserted my card and after a long delay it told me my Debit/CC card was rejected.....I tried again...same error...a GA came over to inquire what was going on as she had my bag tag and still I had not even my BP. I explained the system was rejecting my CC (which is valid and authorized for the $25 sale), I then tried a second CC and still it was rejected. I finally aborted the transaction as I did not want to tie up the elite Kiosks.
Not sure what happened but on board I purchased DF cig's without an issue using the same CC. Tonight I discover that there are two $25 holds against my CC from Continental Airlines for the attempted transactions.
I guess this might be an obscure bug with the kiosks, I doubt its communication related (i.e. phone lines down) as the CC hold on the funds is showing in my account.

<sigh> I check my bank account tonight and now I see that CO did charge my credit/debit card $50, and I assume $75 since I tried at least 3 credit card swipes during this kiosk event.
Unreal...

I misstated the problem a bit: the sign-in screen reappears if I hit [Enter] after entering the PIN, but works if I click on the "Sign In (Secure)" button. It used to work either way.
The bug is that the enter key does not appear to be linked to the Sign In button as it should be. (Should be easy to fix).
Have noticed a weird case when trying to reserve tickets.
I am booking IAH-LBB-DEN-IAH. I have selected "Lowest Refundable Fare".
If I select the cheapest flight on each segment, the total price is $371 before tax. However, if I select one of the first two segments as not being the lowest priced ($415), the price then jumps to $833, with the final segments being in the same fare class as the lower price.
