Pearl Smith(Tue Sep 14 2010 09:48:49 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time))>

Again, my name is Pearl. Thank you for chatting with Time Warner Cable. We value you as a customer and are here to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you would like to take a brief survey, please click on “End Session” and the survey will load.

Pearl was my 6th *helpful* person and still not able to resolve a broken link to place an order on-line

ETA: Wonder if she really wants me to take a survey

For those with home offices, 100% OfficeMaxPerks on Sharpies (and correction tape to "Undo" the Sharpies).

A reminder for those doing the PriorityClub Hotels Anywhere weekly contest - another 2,000 points available today. Also an interesting post showing it's possible to redeem fewer PriorityClub points than HHonors points for some Hilton hotels under the Hotels Anywhere program.

This could turn out really good or really bad. Stay tuned.
