This will help to increase the business at the lounge and offset some of the costs. I have seen many DL and NW passengers turned away - since they were trying to get in on an Amer Ex Plat card.

Why would NW/DL folks be turned away if they are WC/CRC members?

They are not. Read the complete statement I made - re: "trying to get in on an Amer Ex Plat card". You need to be flying CO to do that. If flying DL or NW you can not get in any PC with an Amer Ex Plat card.
Interesting that they are going for a straight reciprocity agreement for access. The variation in services are significant enough that I wonder what the long-term effect will be.

I'm willing to bet that the same restriction will apply. Still, it is very different from the UA/US lounge agreement where it was an up-charge for the additional lounges of the other program.
The only problem for me would be
If im flying UA out of LAS , I would not be allowed in as a *A gold or Amex Plat, and the same would apply at SNA if flying CO .
Hopefully that would get sorted out once the PC clubs become Star Lounges

A CO PC member must have a UA/CO ticket to access the RCC in PHX or SNA.
UA C is being treated on par with CO J. CO J sometimes does not allow a PC guest - like UA C does not allow a guest. UA International F does allow one guest. So UA International F is at a higher level than CO J.
Today (as of Dec 15th):
1. A CO PC member has unlimited access to CO PC and NW WC.
2. A CO PC member has access to a DL CRC when flying (any airline).
3. A CO PC member has access to UA RCC SNA/PHX when flying CO/UA.
It remains to be seen if the CO/UA arrangement after *A will allow CO PC members unlimited access to UA RCC's whether flying or not, and whether flying CO/UA or any airline.
