Hey guys,

I got some questions concerning my OnePass account!

1. When do miles expire? I have 12500Miles left in my account - I earned them in June 2009

2. Is it possible to book an award to/from QKL? The system does not find QKL in the system!

3. When I book a One Pass award, is it possible to put in my Miles and More number? Since I have Status with Lufthansa I would like to have the benefits of the Status (baggage etc) when redeeming my award flight. Is this possible?

The expiration clock is being instituted on 4/1/12 and if you don't earn any miles in 18 months you'll lose them (so the earliest yours would expire is 9/1/13).

Looks like QKL to FRA is a train, even though you can book that in LH not sure if CO will let you book that segment.

Yes, you can always add FF info once it's ticketed.

Is it possible to book several segments on an awards? i always get an error message... is this a bug?

I don't believe it is, unless you depart and return to the same city. I have had this problem before.. anybody else have an answer..

this is my own site that I created. I hope it helps! I know it is a bit off your first question, but if you will fly UA a lot you defiantly will want to see what each aircraft has!

Yes! On co(now ua.com) you search for CGN and it should bring up itineraries with the AirRail train. When calling co, their system distinguishes between CGN and QKL.

I can't find segments to QKL!?!?

Has anyone booked an award itinerary containing an AIRail segment (that is FRA-QKL)?

I cannot do it either. Everytime when I enter QKL, the system finds nothing. When I try CGN instead, the system gives me strange routings like FRA HAM CGN or so.

Those AIRail segments are bookable from many other *A programs (even BMI was able to do it...) and have the same booking classes for award travel like "real" flights.

Has anybody been succesful to include a QKL segment into an UA issued award ticket by calling UA MP?

Answering my own question:

Yes, you can include a FRA-ZWS or FRA-QKL (or v.v.) segment into a UA award booking, but obviously you have to call UA/CO reservations.
The online tool doesn't show the flights but for the lady in the call center it was zero problem and has been booked into X / I class, like all other award travel.
