One question - if two FTers (both on the list) want to be seated together, how do we go about organising this?

Thanks again! ^
Please send the info to [email protected] and please book early.

Missy & other mods: The official party dinner is NOT on Friday, it has been moved to Thursday. I just forgot to update it. I have updated it now

tommy777--great work!! Have taken the time off--cancelled all appointments and am really excited about this. For those of us who do not join in ORD, how do we contact CO at EWR? I am sure we'll find this out later but I am quite impatient!!

I'm pleasantly surprised by the price and very much in! Now I just hope BD plays ball on this one, because I could really use those 15K status miles.

Can you confirm that there is no need to send another e-mail if the relevant information has not changed?

See post #5 in this thread.

I assume we still need to send hotel requirements to [email protected] if it's relevant.

@tommy777, I think the "Official DO party dinner" on Friday should now be removed from the list of activities in post #1.

Official DO party dinner.

Friday November 6th
A day at LHs main base.
With the DO party dinner moved to Thursday - what time will the "day at LHs main base" be over. Does it make sense to stay at the airport on Friday night - or head into town for that night? I guess everyone can get togther at the hotel bar that night?

I've registered. It's going to be a struggle to make it work, but it's just too enticing an opportunity to miss...will try hard to get it sorted ASAP.

Can somone confrim the BC configuration of the A319/20/21? Are they real BC seats or the typical European domestic coach type with a tray between them to provide 2 X 2 seating that they call BC/FC?

These will be standard LH narrow body Airbus aircraft with foldable armrests that turn 3x3 into 2x2. The catering for business will be quite different from what is offered in coach

That is what I was afraid of.. I guess I need to see the BC price on LH 405 before deciding. Thanks for the quick response

Edited to add, since this is for questions:
What type of aircraft are to be used for the intra-Europe flights?
If I have a BC seat TA, will I have a BC seat intra-Europe?

Tommy, Oliver & everyone else on the organizing team:

Thank You! You guys rock! This thing keeps getting better. I am very much looking forward to this Do.

I will buy all of you a drink at the LH lounge in JFK.
