I also just voted.....23!
I traveled with Quark to Antarctica in 2003. With that trip, I reached a goal which I had not even set: 7 continents in 7 years!
The trip over the Drake Passage was horrible .... 36 hours from Ushuaia to the Peninsula. We crawled on our hands and knees to the bathroom to puke. On the trip back, we had our sea legs .... while we did not get sick, we were quite nauseated and tied ourselved into bed simply because we could not stand nor even sit in chairs.
LOL....despite that, it was an awesome experience. Good luck to you -- I hope you, too, reach your goal.

Your leg needs to heal before you can even be considered, if not solely for the following reason:

Thank you again to everybody who took the time to vote!
I just voted for you in the hope that you will take Cholula with you. Make certain that he wears one of his short-sleeve, ridiculously-colored, Hawaiian shirts and his lime-green Speedos.
Spray him with water as soon as you arrive and leave him there frozen into an ice cube.
A few hundred years from now, when global warming has turned Antarctica into a tropical paradise, he will be defrosted and discovered by archeologists, completely confounding them as they try to figure out just what kind of people once inhabited the continent.
