LAX Dinner with Captain Flanagan on Saturday, July 11!
Hi Folks,
The always awesome Captain Flanagan will have a layover at LAX on Saturday, July 11, and is up for dinner with FlyerTalkers. He has proposed drinks at 7PM and dinner thereafter.
Back in December he joined FlyerTalkers at The Proud Bird Restaurant for dinner, which seems like a perfect place for airplane geeks, but to get some variety we'll go with
Truxton's this time around.
A reservation has been made for 7:00PM for a party of 25 under the name "Ben." We have a private room, so there's plenty of space for as many people as can make it. Unfortunately there's a $50 fee for the room, but that shouldn't come out to more than $2 per person or so.

Very interested, but unfortunately cannot attend due to my staying in New Zealand until early August. Oh well, I have had the pleasure of meeting Capt. Flanagan and would thoroughly recommend the same to anyone who can attend.
