Rats - I'm in FLL that weekend. A fellow FTer (more of a lurker than a poster) wanted me to go that weekend, but I can't pass up 3 nights at the Westin in Hollywood, Fla - all I need to do is pay for my flights - the rest is taken care of by my parents! And as much as I love LAS, FLL sounds good in February (esp. when you live in MSP).
I'll be in LAS Jan. 23-26 though, and maybe early March...

Chen Yang Li would be the restaurant, some of the best Chinese in the 'shire...
But, doesn't even come close to Wing Lei @ Wynn Las Vegas.
You'll love Okada Bar, and if you become my facebook friend, you can catch a pic of Monique the super bartendress of Okada bar @ Wynn.....
For dinner - is Sam Woo BBQ a viable option? It was closed a few years back for health code violations and I have not been back since, It used to be the #1 best chinese restaurant in Las Vegas and it seems to once again have a steady following.

I'm good with whatever the group decides on. Is everyone else ok with Chinese?

Oh yes, I think it would be fine for good Chinese restaurant in LAS. I'll ask my cousin if we can go to Chinese restaurant in LAS. I will ask my mom's permission go to LAS for weekend. If my schedules are not too hectic for me. I will let you know if I am accepted my new job. Thanks for your concerns.
