I am changing the time of dinner on Friday, May 19 to 7:45pm. We have reservations for 12 which should accommodate everyone.

Lots of Graduation activities that weekend, but I'll try and pop in where I can! Is anyone interested in home cooked BBQ? I'm 15 minutes from MCI and could smoke 6 racks of ribs Friday or Saturday.

I'd be up for home smoked barbecue if it would be late Saturday afternoon or evening. I'd even make a side dish to bring. Where in relation to MCI do you live holland? 15 minutes in which direction?

I'm halfway between Smithville & Kearney, so mostly East and a little North of the airport. We normally throw parties around 4pm-5pm-ish to give me time to get everything cooked & set up... we have a couple campfire pits we can put out and a large brush pile if folks want a larger bon fire when it gets dark. Anyone else interested?

It looks like we're supposed to get thunderstorms (100% chance Friday, 80% chance Saturday)... lousy weather for a BBQ. My daughters have a graduation ceremony on Sunday, so it looks like you'll have to stick with restaurants for this DO. Maybe we can do another one... I love smoking.

For the eating-go-round on Saturday, is Strouds in fairway still open for business? I thought I read that its s closing down.
