For those who haven't have enough fun, BOB W has generously volunteered to host another BBQ. There even may be a bottle of wine or two. A morning excursion around town may occur for those interested.

Is this still likely to happen? I wont book flights yet but a days vacation has been booked just in case.

The BBQ is an unstoppable force with a life of its' own. The only real question is how late will it go since the sun won't be down for more than a few minutes that night.

Well being as it is Friday - I can "lie-in" Saturday , get a redeye back 2.00 am "ish" Sunday morning and sleep in my own bed Sunday and still be at work Monday. I may need to pre-book a taxi back to my hotel in case I drink too much.

Seriously? I thought ANC cab drivers were trying to prevent UBER getting a foothold?

Call me crazy - but I have booked flights. Staying in a Hilton near SEA-TAC Thursday June 22nd evening. Then on the DL flight 2044 arriving ANC 12.35 pm Friday lunchtime. Then departing on the DL redeye 00.15am to SLC Sunday June 25th.

May take a risk and book an Alaska flight Saturday to somewhere sexy.

I really want to go to Barrow but - but it is an early one
