Three Floyds Brewery, Munster, IN, Oct 2, 2 pm [cancelled]
"krazykanuck" wants to go to Three Floyds next Sunday. If his flight to ORD goes well, he will take the 12:30 Metra Electric Line (commuter) to Flossmoor and I will be the designated driver over to the brewery. That train has an unlimited weekend pass for $8.
Join us there at 2 pm or ride with us from Flossmoor at 1:30.
If you are not familiar, Three Floyds has several times been named the #1 brewery in the world. They are known for their powerfully-flavored hoppy beers especially, but make world-class beers in other styles also. People travel from Europe for their annual Dark Lord Day festival in April.

This event is a good move; but I will be in Cleveland, OH. @ Cinema Wasteland this weekend. So, "no" from me.

I live nearby and would be happy to be a DD to-from Flossmoor as well. 3F has just completed a huge expansion, upgrading their pub and adding significant capacity. When our son comes to visit, his trip always includes a trip to 3F. If you're in town or on layover, come on down.
