Unhappy Not gonna make this one

Full Y fare, ANC-KOA-ANC (with several stops both ways prepared by Beckoa), fully upgradable to F at time of purchase, class of service bonus and 3 days on the island that same weekend will require that I miss this one. Still planning on the June DO.

I'm tending to lean toward a non-bubbles selection - perhaps a "warm winter white" or a lighter/medium bodied red which would go with many of the main courses at the "usual venue."

Unfortunately we will not be able to make this one. The bigshot surgeon in Miami Beach had an opening for the second knee on January 10 so we will be nailed to South Florida for the rest of that month. I will be joining you all in spirit as I crack something that I would have brought to this event.

I'd list you for the 11 in my soccer team this spring!

Feel well, and WD10.

List updated. Note: cfischer would be in town on 11-14 and we are holding a small tasting for that reason

Never mind, 2 conflicts now. At least they involve booze (and some bowling!), so I've got that...

DLroads gave me permission to bring a red.
2010 Maybach is an approved alternate to bubbles.

And I think we would all need some wine to handle the results *sarcasm*

So please excuse me since I am new to all this. And admittedly I am not much of a wine drinker. I pretty much only drink bubbles in First Class lounges and on First Class flights...so would something like this be acceptable? Fits the vintage bubbles thing I guess?

Also if I order online it would be better to ship directly to one of the organizers right?

If you google the Moet, you'll see most retailers are selling this under $60.
