Wine list is here. PDF format. As always, last minute changes (mostly addition) tend to take place

The MTA is awful today. Delays upon delays. I'm at Court Street in Brooklyn attempting to make my way there now

Monitor, when I have spare time, I'll post a few thoughts. By the way, the Elements grower Champagne was a big hit too. ^
DLroads, you do a nice job organizing the .5 wine dinners. FYI, I just posted an abbreviated WineDo 10 thread. Check it out.

Y'all et al,
A great evening with great bubbles and great friends, what else can we ask for? the weather collaborated, the house was full, the fish were fresh, the appetizers were yum, ithaka did (as always) an outstanding work on the menu- and the decision to go with all for everyone and more of everything seems to have worked very well (hi, I heard one of the participants saying- it is above my calories allowance, but -whatever! after taking the third dessert)
I think no left thirsty or hungry
Until next time, yamas!

It was great seeing everyone last night. DLRoads - thanks again for helping to organize such a fantastic event. The entire staff as Ithaka were great, as always.
My two favorite Champagnes of the evening were the 2000 Deutz Cuvee William Deutz and the 2006 Pol Roger Rose. So special thanks to MM and hudsonlaluna!
Until next time...
Cheers,
FlyerBeek

As usual, DLroads did a great job putting this together. Great food, great company (both old-timers and newbies), and fabulous wine! I think my favorite bubbles were the Pol Roger, the Bolanger, and the Paillard; the Sojourn & Sea Smoke were an exceptionally nice way to combat "champagne fatigue".

Cross posting and post WD 9.5.
Just FYI- it is winebeserkers day today (01-27-2017), and many wineries would offer great on and off radar wines for very good prices. They start around 7:30am PST and go all day. Great sales, great wines, pick the EMH vineyards cab package and thank me later
http://www.wineberserkers.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=59
Some others- there would be great bubbly discovery packages of few stores, and I saw them on the preview day- good deals, I must say!
I know some of you also know beserkers, but just in case

For those who follow the x.5 thread, but not the rounded thread- please note that I've posted an update re 10.5.
(Once a new thread is officially opened, I'd ask a mod to lock this one)
