CHICAGO (Summit (near 294/55/Archer Ave)) - Lithuanian Dinner Do - Wed August 17
Hey all, a friend of mine, a Grand Duke, invited me to his restaurant. Not really but that is the name, Grand Dukes Restaurant. Known for Lithuanian specialties and good beer.
All are welcome to attend!
Time: 7pm but very likely folks will be early to enjoy a drink or two

We visited Vilnius last year and had a great time and enjoy the food, especially zeppelin at old town.

As the date gets closer, I'll ask that question of the FTers who are planning to attend. After looking at menu, I'm likely going to order the lamb stew or beef tongue and not too many I know enjoy lamb or tongue.
What I would see is ordering some entrees as dishes to share as sides, such as the Goulash, potato pancakes, &/or zeppelins.
Of course the fried bread w/cheese should be ordered to share.
