There are quite a few LCCs but the ones I know that fly the route are Peach, T'way, and Jin Air. However I was not able to check flights out that far on their websites.

If you search Google flights for flights from Tokyo to Seoul cheap tickets are only available up to the end of October, suggesting that LCCs do not sell tickets that far in advance.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out. I am thinking someone will arrange a lounge meet up at the airport in Tokyo.

I hope someone else can answer that. I have no experience with them at all.
Meanwhile, here is a video someone made recently of a flight on Asiana in the First class section. from Tokyo to Seoul.
I should add that there is no First Class service on this route anymore. But the First Class seats are still there, with Business Class service. See post #61 for more info.
