For the Hilton loyalists: The Doubletree Metropolitan on Lex is $179/nt. I haven't stayed there before but I actually will be staying there at the end of the month.
For the SPG fans: The W New York is coming in at a surprisingly low $174/nt for the SPG Members rate. Both the W and Doubletree are flexible/cancellable rates.
Truthfully I'm not a huge W fan, with the postage stamp sized rooms and mind numbingly annoying music in the lobby (looking at you W Chicago!) but I just made a tentative reservation for the W as my SPG account is more in need of points than my Hilton one. I will likely try to stay with a friend, or maybe Airbnb it to keep costs down. We'll see.

I just received the menu and pricing from North Square. The server cost has gone up a little (roughly $2.00 per person). Estimated cost will be $85. I'll ask you to Paypal me in the next few weeks. If you don't use PP, you can mail me a check.
I'm thinking of tweeking the menu a bit, so this may cost an additional few dollars per person. I'm trying to make WineDo a little more fun. A little more food to absorb the wine.

Payment is due by April 15 (15 April).
On April 16/17, I'll start clearing the waitlist. It will be first come first served after that. Several folks have made arrangements regarding payment. You know who you are. Same goes for arrangements from last year.
