I don't think there is a sign-up page as such. The link in mikeef's signature simply brings you to this thread. If you look at the first post he does say the address will be sent by PM to those who post their intention to attend in this thread.

I am bringing like 30-35 mixed beers. We have had many apres ski parties up north and well my fridge got too full so these are ones we cannot fit. Some good ones in there. So maybe do not bring beer unless you have ones you happen to really like. Although I have a few you will too. I will leave em with Mike and we will all enjoy them.
However, I have a request. If anyone is near or can be near Wegmans in Northboro, I need a certain beer in quantity from there and live no wheres near it. Can you PM me if you are willing to get a case of it? Jacks Abbey Mass Rising and Kiwi Rising. A mix of say 12 each would be grande, or a case of either or 12 of either. Whatever. I will pay cash at Mikes. No need to chill it if it was sold unchilled. PM me and we will work it out.
I may also be going to Trillium brewery in BOS that day first. So will bring some of their amazing beer to this shindig.
