Midweek generally better for me too... but Saturday Oct 3 is possible if it's a daylight thing. (Busy in evening.)
Also out on the road 9/17-9/29 inclusive, so if it's not in the next week, late in the month or early Oct is better for me!
Agree on The 9 / The Vault. It's maybe a little hyper-trendy for Cleveland, when there's more laid-back options easily available, but certainly can't beat the accessibility. Also agree with Billiken Re: not wanting to be anywhere nearThe 9 if the Indians are playing, but if this slides to the end of the month, we're probably safe. There's an approximately 0% chance that the Indians will be playing baseball past October 3.

Don't know if anybody else uses Doodle, but I find it useful for organizing stuff. Given that I'm out of the country for 12 days starting next week, I might be soundly out-voted on timing, but for whomever ends up organizing this, maybe this is useful...?

Just for reference, the current pack leader is Wednesday 30-September. Only 1 respondent can't make that date so far.
However, volume is pretty low... need to spread the word if this is going to be more than a single high-top table and some martinis!
(Though that's fine too, I guess...)
