I know everyone would be disappointed if I didn't show up, so I'll plan to be there. It will be good to see everyone again.

Oooh looks like I need to cover someone at work for a couple of hours up till 630pm, Maps says it would take 51 minutes.
I'll try to spring free a little earlier or get alternate coverage. But better change my status to low probability to make it.

Great idea of eating out seeing how June 30 is the last day for 5% bonus on restaurant purchases with Chase Freedom VISA card.

PBJoe... Great, looking forward to meeting you.
Albert436--- It's nice that you can make the drive. Terrific! Your status is updated as "in"
Bowgie... Great reminder to use the Freedom. Good thinking!

Parking Advice
Here is some advice on parking. The lot at Joe's Crab Shack is small. If it fills up, look for the narrow tunnel under the railroad tracks directly across the street from the entrance to Joe's. Drive through the tunnel, and you'll be in a huge free parking lot on the other side.

I may be sending a friend of mine, a newbie, if that's ok. She's a North County local who has recently taken an interest in point collecting. I'm in the process of helping her get started, but I mostly fly for my points (and live in a country where MS is much more difficult) so don't have the knowledge, especially the local knowledge, to really get her going. She's a great kid, I've known her more than 20 years. Of course, I wish I could bring her myself as a guest and join you!
