I'm about out of windows:

3-5 Apr -- Easter
10-12 Apr -- SEA
17-19 Apr -- challenging but probably doable
24-26 Apr -- good
1-3 May -- SEA
8-10 May -- MSY
15-17 May -- good
22-24 May -- Memorial Day

For me, the only pre-June weekends that work are 17-19 Apr and maybe 15-17 May. Maybe we should plan for a DAY Do in September???

Fall could possibly work, as long as we avoid hunting season.

having spent at least two weeks of my summer vacations in Dayton during 18 years of USAF Reserve duty, I heartily agree that this is not an ideal time to visit the Miami Valley

although cold beer at the Dublin Pub in the Oregon District or The Pub at The Greene on a hot muggy summer afternoon is never a bad thing

Well I agree September/October - but let us not let it go off the radar this time and start putting some serious dates down. Please avoid Oct 11th it is my 35th Wedding anniversary though I could of course bring the wife along

your anniversary notwithstanding, that's a holiday weekend anyway (at least for most of the remainder of the US population)

my current schedule includes a cyber-security colloquium in SEA the weekend of 18-20 Sep, and a family function in BNA the first weekend of Oct

I'm booked in October, and November through February is too damn cold. How about next March?

I'm likely to be in Alaska for most of September.

As for October, I'll be gone at the end of the month but the first two thirds or so of the month are fine.

But my travel schedule is so fuzzy at this time that no one should plan this thing around me...

Thought your handle looked familiar. See you in Alaska.
