30 seconds under. He moves fast when motivated. Last year he was in the checkout line at Tokyo Costco when boarding began but he made the flight.

Just realized I'm sort of starting my trip to Fukuoka tomorrow! SAN-PHX-ORD-LGA-ORD-SAN-LAX-NRT-FUK with stopovers in PHX and SAN. This is so wrong.

And here I am halfway there already, sitting on my balcony (being rained on) and wondering how many Vietnamese it will take to unbeach that fishing boat that ran aground two days ago :-).

Thanks USDM for the great award :-).

Remember to pack an umbrella.
Let's see if we can beat last year's record.

On second thoughts - I'm traveling Hand Luggage only on Jetstar - I'll save some weight and see about a temporary Fuk sourced "precipitation resistor".

Out and about today, I saw lots of sakura starting to bloom. Some types are in full bloom (I do not know what the different types are called, just that they are different), but most are about 1/2. Lots of buds still. Nice to see them all around, in different stages.

It also means hayfever season will be in full swing soon too! Just a reminder for anyone who needs to be packing allergy meds!

I don't really use umbrellas either. My general policy is, if it rains, I get wet.

I contacted the Sea hawk Hilton last week to advise I was staying on three separate bookings - a very civil interchange ensued.

I was printing my documents today and noted I am showing executive king for each of the three nights.
