Maybe for me.

Also maybe for Seoul post-do, depending on itinerary (ICN-AKL flight leaves mid pm Monday so Sunday in Seoul, or Monday am may be doable).

After-party? What after-party? I've never been invited or couldn't find the venue!

Anyway, 18 handles in the wiki post in less than 24 hours! Very impressive. ^

In addition to the introductory video in the first post, another of Micaela's short video covers 'yatai' or street food in Fukuoka which was briefly mentioned in the other video.

Perhaps something for the evening in addition to a pub crawl and an after-party?

Having just arrived in Seoul for a 3 year stint, I'll look into this do. 2015 will be a busy year (work and other travel plans) so may not make it.

I'll see if I can find the wiki referred to and provide some info.

Of course, I'll almost certainly be able to make a Seoul post-Do event....

Cheers, TK

Well this has never happened to me. I'm 2,500 miles short of an award ticket. I guess i better get around to spending my remaining credit on a short flight

I booked at the Hyatt Regency, although the Grand Hyatt looks very attractive despite its higher price especially given its location just across the bridge from a group of yatai - perfect for the midnight snack.

Wow...how did this happen? Thought UA was the burn? And don't you have an award you can cancel?

BOB W and I have been plotting on AS769... I may need to make a repeat

Actually you are correct! It is an option.

6400 QFF points + ~$25 each way or from ¥7400 (¥8600 with plus pack).

Of course, no lounge access from FUK.

Saves the ¥1790 for the Keisei line Sky Access Express or ¥3100 for the limousine bus.

Hmmh, this would be an interesting first ever DO ... and potentially feasible in terms of work schedule ...

I've been looking for a new travel idea, thanks!
