Ticket was purchased yesterday, so I'm in.
BTW, there was still business class on DL from LAX at about $2200 ai RT as of a few hours ago but with availability limited. I had expected DL to pull the fare this morning, as soon as Revenue Management staff came into their office after the weekend and saw that competitors had removed the equivalent very deeply discounted fares. So there still seems to be time for SkyTeam FFers to move fast and get in on a good deal to Buenos Aires on flat beds with direct aisle access (the reconfigured 767-300 at this time of year). Close to 20,000 status miles for about $2200, or about eleven cents per MQM, is extremely good for premium cabin travel on DL. MQDs come in just ever so slightly above the "Anderson Line" of ten cents per MQM not counting taxes and government fees for those who won't have the MQD waiver for 2014.

departing 08/27, arriving BA early on 07/28, departing on return 09/01 at 9:15pm. Will be doing AUS-LAX 08/26, ovngt in hotel, and LA -AUS on 09/02.
