Unfortunately it may be the decimation of Award programs that has accelerated this year that may prevent me from going this year. Fares are very high (higher than ever) and Award costs have also risen greatly. But I'll keep looking.

10K seems like a lot to me for an SPG room night in Ann Arbor. I have been getting 3+ cents each value out of my Starpoints, so $300+ seems high.

There is a new Holiday Inn Express opening next week in North Ann Arbor on Zeeb Rd. not that far from Webers. Maybe it will be on Pointbreaks who knows!
