Yes the Accor rates did not seem to be too great to me.

Sarah has been quietly working behind the scenes on some dinner and tour and payment options, and this will be posted pretty soon so folks can get all payments budgeted for and paid up front.

Any potential late starters please add a note so we can keep track.

Mwenzei has as usual worked his clairvoyant magic spreadsheet forecast on how many are likely to attend, and for what, and we should have him doing the Federal Budget for the Govt!

Just booked a 2 bed @ Emu Walk through Qantas, so if somebody (or a couple) want the second bedroom please PM me.

Doesn't look like a heap of availability left for the 2 bed through QF (only 1 left now).

I doubt an Accor sale is coming given the majority of us have booked rooms there.

If anyone is interested please let me know ASAP.
As no one seems to want this I am going to go ahead and change the bookings around and delete my second booking.

I forget what time I arrive from CNS. Perhaps ~1:00pm.

What are my transport options to the Doubletree?

You will be able to sign up & pay for the airport transfer shuttle. ozbeachbabe will have the details later

The link to the booking site will be up soon. CEO ozbeachbabe is travelling & flying to various places in the world. The site link will be live not long after she returns. (CEO = chief entertainment organiser)

Due to the CA fiasco with UA miles (Sorry Mike) i have booked backup flights just in case my reservation gets wiped out. it would realy suck to lose my Asiana F suites flight.

Backup is QF DFW-BNE-SYD in Premium economy (cant find J or F w/ AS miles from anywhere) Continuing to ASP the morning flight in May 22

Return is QF AYQ-ASP-SYD-LAX (A380 F) on May 27/28

Edit, Decided to drop CA segment and doing a second OZ F suites segment ICN-JFK and looking into booking on Ethopean airlines 5th freedom dreamliner HKG-ICN. I couldnt bare to pay for Premium economy when its not many more miles for First. My flights in/out of OZ are still intact.

We live in Hawaii, not too far, and have never been to Australia! Thank you for putting this together. Is there a list of attendees?

Thanks for the heads up. I havn't noticed anything strange going on with my CA segment (or receiving any emails from United about it), but I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye on it now. Really hope it stays intact...

Also, at the top of every page when viewing this thread (above the first shown post) is a wiki with an itinerary summary and full links to further details such as attendees.
