Hi Alan,
I wonder if you would kindly list me as "Silver" at this stage.
Thanks Bill and Sarah for the heads up. John.

crankychick and I are Gold for now. Will do our best to be there, but can't 100% confirm just yet!

Don't really know what our home airport code is at the moment! So for now, let's just use AKL, shall we?

Being worked on - as suggested earlier if folks hold off ANY Uluru bookings it leaves lighter bookings for Accor to look at if they consider a group deal.

Not a lot of rooms there so be interesting to see what they offer. @:-)@:-)

I am staying at Doubletree by Hilton on Friday 23th and Saturday 24th.

I should have paid the $19/night extra for the suite instead of the el-cheapo rooms.

With a suite you could have hosted the after dinner party @:-)

GOLD

Put me down for Gold.....wanted to do Perth last year, but couldn't make it work and ended up in Sydney/Cairns instead. Want to try and do this year, and make it back to Sydney for Vivid Sydney.

Will work on flights/hotels.....

Would the upgrade be guaranteed or do you go onto a waitlist?

Given there will be a record number of diamonds that will ever grace the property, i think the suites will be snatched up by all those higher tiered diamonds than us pleb diamonds.

Both ASP and AYQ are covered by the current "Qantas unmissable sale".

Fares are about normal for "sales" on those routes.

Is this flight going to be too early for the morning activities at Uluru / Kata Tjuta?

Or is the expectation that we would be up super early (pre-dawn) and finished all activities in time to go and check in for this flight?

Add in getting to the Do to our other travel this year, we are each going to reach 1150 SC in QF. It's almost tempting to see if I can persuade Mr Falconea to do a MR with me so we hit platinum!

It's been a bit boring dropping back to mere Silver this year.

Any MR suggestions that won't break the bank? Preferably in J? Already factored MEL-SYD-ASP.
