I host a conference there every year and can tell you it's a nice hotel. Would not think twice about staying there. It doesn't get more convenient to the Mud Hens stadium (Fifth Third field) either.

getting close to the time we need to book the tickets, those on the fence, please firm up in the next couple weeks if you are coming so we can make sure to book the required number of tickets.

The tickets will be PRE-PAID this year, last year we went on the honor system and had a number of folks not show. Obviously not fair to the person who shelled out the $ for the tickets. So again, tickets will be a pre-paid item this year. Details will come out shortly on how to pre-pay.

If I am still in CLE during that week by some odd chance, Imay be willing to attend but my due date into DEN is 5 June. More details about actual report dates and what not are pending. I'll have to get back to you on what's actually going on.

Well, sadly I will have to be a no go, as during that time I will be intransit, or already in DEN by that time... The limited time frame for us that are transfering does not include being able to stay further than what is needed/required by the company. Again I send my regrets.
