I just made a reservation for four nights at the Hilton Garden Inn but am still not certain that I will be able to come and, if I do, what my travel plans will be.

I'm also thinking of booking a few nights at the HGI in the January sale. The hotel looks quite central and convenient. Is this a good choice or can anyone suggest a better option?

I booked my ticket today, a business class award on Lufthansa. Arriving the morning of the 23rd and leaving the morning of the 27th. I plan to attend all events on Friday and Saturday. Might wander around some of Sunday on my own. In any case, I'm really looking forward to this trip!

What seems to be the favorite hotel at the moment?

we won't have any central hotel - many are staying at the Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and some local hotels ... so just chose what you want and let us know

I just booked there, too. Got a very good (nonrefundable) rate of 267 zlotys/night (about $75).

Exclamation important information

ok folks ... with 30 people on the attendee list, it's time to make more serious statements. the 25 people arriving first on the attendee list have a secured seat. for all other people - we'll discuss if we can accomodate more.

So what do we need to do? To post that we are confirmed rather than just interested?

book flights, book hotels, ... just let us somehow know you're seriously interested
you'll get in spring a pm with prepayment details ... that's another step.

OK, I'm seriously interested. Have never been to Poland, have wanted to visit for a long time -- especially Krakow.

Hoping that this will be the year!

(Plus, I would love to re-visit Prague, Vienna, and/or other points....)

I've booked a reservation at the HGI and am looking into flights on UA/LH/Star Alliance....

I will be definately there! Have a full flex reservation at the HGI which I will split up to get two stays out of it. Will do that tomorrow, to gain some of the extra 2.500 HHonors points. I hope everyone of you is aware of the upcomming promo?
