I'd prefer a place that's not too expensive, it being close to the holidays & $$ being spent, especially since I'll have to do a hotel as well if I can make this. Having said that, I'll go where the group goes.

Mark me down as confirmed +1. We're arriving ORD at 6:45pm: in case the decision is made to change the venue, I'd appreciate it if the dinner's start time didn't move up before 7:30pm. If it does, of course, I could see about catching an earlier flight, but my preference would be to keep it at 7:30pm or later.

Count me as confirmed, I booked my flights today.
Arriving ORD at 5:11 PM on Friday, leaving MKE Saturday evening and staying at the ORD Best Western which seem so to be a short walk away.
I've been wanting to meet Lucky, Sweet Willie and Captain Flannigan for too long to turn this down.

Based on the costs at Harry Caray's and the "under-funding" of the dinner in South San Fran after the UA Open House, I would strongly suggest negotiating with the restaurant for individual checks.

Captain John McFadden is coming too!
This is now officially an event you can't miss. Not only is Captain Denny coming, but his good friend, Captain John McFadden will also be there. Captain McFadden is another legendary customer service pilot, that I had the pleasure of flying with not too long ago. I wrote about my experience on his flight here.

Sounds like it will be an amazing event! If only the last ORD-MCO could be two hours later 
..
