Hotel bookings
If you want just the hotel stay, I suggest using HRS -they have some pretty good deals at the moment for the night of the 19th.

- There is a reservation on "Martin" at the Piano Bar - for those who will come there directly.
- For those who want to join me for the cable tram ride to the Hungerburg, remember to be at the Congress Hungerburgbahn Talstation a few minutes before 17:15 (which is the actual departure time) in order to have enough time to buy the tickets. The weather is supposed to be fine on Thursday, so the roof patio of Wolke 7 with the lounge chairs should be the right place to be!

If you can't wait to find a hotel deal for the weekend, have a look at the two day packages here. Note that we will get you the Innsbruck Card for free, so maybe a "normal" hotel booking gives you better value.
OS still has reasonable prices for VIE-INN (e.g. Friday 15:10 ex VIE, Sunday 18:55 ex INN € 151,64, should be possible for about € 138). FRA-INN is at about € 213 on the OS homepage.
