Wow! Very ambitious!

Please count me in.
I am local and will not require lodging.
All the seminars sound interesting and I will select based on seminar schedules.

I'll be happy to help with planning and organizing.

wow! all that in one weekend?

i am interested in attending depending on the final dates. not sure how i am ever going to pick which sessions if there is conflict of scheduling. LOL

ETA: yes, will be supporting the hotel. glad the dates now look like the second weekend on October. that is quite doable for me.

Definitely interested and I will almost certainly support the host hotel. I'll also use this as an opportunity to blatantly vote for a Hyatt property Seminars I would like to attend: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9

Please settle on a date soon so I can start arranging travel

I'm very interested and if it happens after October 10 I'll attend and support the host hotel. I'd like to attend seminars 2-9, but I could cut it down if needed.

Hi,

So this is the "huge project you've been working on"! I am definitely looking forward.

1) I am a maybe because I can only do it on some of those weekends and even then maybe only sunday and not saturday.

2) I am a local so I will not need lodging.

3) I am interested in 2-5 very much and 7-8 as well.

If you have any Chicago questions, feel free to PM me.

Thanks,
Barry

Please add me and a guest to the list for all events.

1? 3? We are "maybe" for attendance but if we can make it we will patronize the host hotel.

Looking at the dates I could do any of them with the 16/17th being least favorable.
I for sure would be able to make it pending any unforseen disaster. As for hotel I would have no problem staying despite being only 90miles away although it would need to meet some price points, $120/n is about a ceiling for me. Also don't forget to look at parking costs for ORD hotels, I have found its almsot been cheaper to park at ORD instead of some hotels.
I would probably attend most if not all seminars.

If you need any help planning or anything I can offer myself!

I am interested and would support the host hotel. All of the sessions seem interesting; however, if I had to limit myself to 5 or 6, I'd go with 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10.

Thanks to everyone organizing this and to those who are willing to share their expertise.

Chicago offers non stop or one stop service to most of the US. And there are numerous hotels near Ohare airport that can support this event and still allow participants to catch the last bank of flights home Sunday evening. UpgradedFirst has volunteered his meeting planning group to coordinate this event, and he needs your help.

Can you posts your interest as follows please:
1. Yes I will be there and I will support the host hotel.
2. Im local and will not need housing
3. Im a maybe

And when posting the above response, please indicate the seminar #s you are interested in attending (pick 5 or 6 please) EG: #1, 4, 6, 9 and 11.

Again this is not registration, but just helps plan the event.
i will attend as many events as is possible, all, if they are at different times. i dont need lodging as my sister lives in a suburb. it's about time for an event like this...great going.
