Yep, I agree that calling the 800 number might be the best bet. It is possible that you were trying to cancel after cancellations were no longer accepted (for example, if the cancellation policy is that you must cancel 3 days before arrival and you are online 2 days before arrival trying to cancel) - or maybe there was just a glitch.
If your online booking was prepaid, then you can not cancel it online. You will need to contact the hotel directly, as Radisson's system CRIS doesn't do bi-directional interfacing with most of the hotel's systems (although i'm told that most RD's use Fidelio).
