I'm shocked Room Upgrades has got so many votes, considering the number of complaints there are on the forum about lack of upgrades!
I have a fairly decent upgrade record, but I often have to ask for one, and the upgrade often isn't much of a difference at many properties.
The 2-4-1 deal wins by a mile for me! In my view it is one of the best benefits out there for people trying to save money.
