I got a reply to my support ticket they are hoping to restore all the referrals by next week. I just hope they do it. They have the worst IT support I have seen in a program. I don't understand why my conga referral was sitting in "confirmed" for several weeks in the first place. Maybe they only shift things over to payable once a month?
mine all went to payable too, but they are payable ay $0.00 with this note:

same crap that happened in June that I had to open claims for. Tired of this bait and switch, wish that they would just DO THE RIGHT THING.
+1. Mine all went payable (and the Park Plaza ones show the proper 10% instead of the 5% they've been showing) but now they all have the little exclamation mark and the same note copied above. Sux.

I think it's growing pains and interactions with club Carlson. I have every one of my may and June, claims with plastic jungle, both buying and selling GCs in payable. Julys are pending for proper amount. My club Carlson are more sketchy. If you click on earnings by date, I can see that my first ones did not post properly and were resubmitted without any action by me. I have a couple that are now payable, and some others that are still screwed up. My husbands stay from last week is showing the proper amount and pending. I suspect they have the club Carlson thing fixed but have two months of screwed up accounts that happened to coincide with the promo. I suspect patience is key here and from what I can see, it takes two months from purchase to get cash back.
My two referrals that had disappeared just showed back up and now show payable. Unfortunately, I requested a cash back yesterday so I have to wait two weeks to do another one but this is a positive development.

Mr. Rebates also gives you $7.50 welcome bonus. There seems too much hassle involved with TCB. I'm also getting the $0 payable note that everyone is complaining about recently. My prior cashback claim is also in limbo.
