citi gold bank account promotion
hello all, i hope this is the right platform to ask this question. I signed up for citi gold account in order to receiver 30k miles after meeting certain requirement. I did meet the requirement back in october & was suppose to receive the miles in my nov statement. The miles were never posted to my account & its december now. I called back in november to look in the issue. they made the investigation & said miles were credit to my account on nov 10th. But they were never posted & i had American Airline rep & citi rep on the phone together to verify this. my brother received his miles in November statement in 3 days.
anyone had this problem & what should i do ?
