Cheapest Choice property
What is the very lowest online-bookable (not coupon) rate that you have found at any Choice property?

$30 or $40 rates are not uncommon at some EconoLodge and other low-end properties. However, I will not stay at EconoLodges unless I am 100% convinced they are a quality property.

Cheapest I have found is Albany NY Rodeway for $44.95

In offseason, good deals abound near attractions.
I stayed 2 nights at the Quality Inn Historic Area in WILLIAMSBURG, VA for $46 (excluding tax) per night last Nov. It's a very nice property, comparable to a courtyard IMO.
