Has anyone else been charged a nights stay in Flagstaff, AZ when they didn't stay?
I received my Choice Privileges Visa statement last week and had a charge of $79.52 from the Sleep Inn in Flagstaff, AZ on 9/21/09. I stayed at this hotel in July of 2008. I called the hotel, and the lady said that there had been a computer glitch and that a lot of people had been charged this. She said the manager would call me that night or the next day, and that my card would be credited the $79.52. After a few days I called again and was told the same thing. It's been a week later, and still no call or credit.
Has anyone on this board had the same problem?
