online statement not showing ponts expiring 2014
It shows this:
Activity Dates 01/01/12 through 03/31/12 At first glance, it looks like maybe all my points expire by 2013, rather than a few in 2014 :confused:, until I do some math: 123322 + 134905 = 258227, which was my starting balance at the turn of the year. So the 8728 points I earned in Q1 2012 are not showing in either the points expiring 2012 or the points expiring 2013. Therefore I assume (but can't see) that they're safely in the (invisible) points expiring 2014 category.BEGINNING BALANCE 258,227 POINTS EARNED 8,728 POINTS REDEEMED 0 POINTS ADJUSTED 0 CURRENT BALANCE 266,955 POINTS EXPIRING 12/31/12 123,322 POINTS EXPIRING 12/31/13 134,905 Didn't they use to show the points expiring in all three upcoming years on the statement before? |
I don't think so. I believe they have always only showed 2 years.
