Do I need VISA for 48 hrs in Beijing ?
Hello ,
My family will go to Bankok and Beijing this Christmas . We already booked
SFO -HND - BKK one way, and BKK - PEK - SJC stay 2 days in beijing .
Do we need to apply China Visa ? . Thank you for your time !

US passport holders typically need a visa to enter China, however since you are coming from Thailand to the USA and stopping in PEK, you can apply for the 72-hour visa-free transit.

US passport holders typically need a visa to enter China, however since you are coming from Thailand to the USA and stopping in PEK, you can apply for the 72-hour visa-free transit.
