Reputable Tibet Tour
I'm going through the internet for tour agencies that specializes on Tibet...I have found a few but I'd like to know if there's anyone out there who can recommend good Tibet tours.

What portion of Tibet are you interested in visiting? The region is vast. I spent some time in Kangding and Minyak. They are fairly close to Chengdu. If you are going to that area I can ask around.

As it is my first time, my intention is to at least visit Lhasa for 5-6 days.
